1. Platform Scope & Purpose
Nearlify is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform developed by Account4Web Inc. designed to facilitate residential billing transparency, visitor gate passes, complaint resolution, and community broadcast communication for housing societies, gated communities, and apartment welfare associations across Pakistan.
2. Relationship Between Nearlify and Building Committees
Nearlify provides the software infrastructure, calculation engines, and digital ledgers. Nearlify is not a physical security agency, nor do we act as property managers or bank custodians. The legally registered Building Welfare Association or Managing Committee remains solely responsible for managing on-premise physical security personnel, vendor contracts, and bank accounts.
3. Responsible Use of the Emergency Broadcast Siren
The 2-Second Hold-to-Confirm Emergency Siren is designed strictly for bona fide life-safety crises (active fire, elevator entrapment, severe gas leak, or violent intruder). Any intentional triggering of false alarms or harassment will result in immediate suspension of account privileges and report to building management.
4. Payment Verifications and Receipts
Digital receipts generated on Nearlify are official records reflecting payments verified and approved by the building’s designated Honorary Treasurer or Committee Administrator. Nearlify does not hold resident maintenance funds in third-party escrow; all payments flow directly into the building’s declared bank accounts (e.g. Meezan Bank, Raast ID) or cash box.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to the corporate compliance standards of Account4Web Inc.
