At Nearlify (operated by Account4Web Inc.), we recognize that residential community data—including your unit number, family resident names, vehicle plate numbers, and financial payment proofs—is deeply sensitive personal information. We treat resident privacy with strict confidentiality under applicable data protection laws.

2. Strict Confidentiality of the Rental Vault

Nearlify enforces strict role-based data boundaries:

• Private Rental Agreements & Rent Amounts: Accessible strictly by the verified Flat Owner and Active Tenant. Building management and treasurers do NOT have access to private monthly rent figures or deposit terms.
• Common Maintenance Ledgers: Accessible by building residents to verify that common funds (security salaries, elevator repairs, generator diesel) are transparently accounted for.
• Security Gate Passes: Visitor telephone numbers and entry timestamps are encrypted and accessible only to authorized security guards and the host resident.

3. Information We Collect

When a resident or building committee uses Nearlify, we collect:

• Contact Information: Full name, verified mobile/WhatsApp number, and email address.
• Premise Details: Building name, city, apartment unit number, and residency role (Owner or Tenant).
• Billing & Audit Proofs: Bank transfer reference numbers (e.g. Raast IDs) and payment receipt screenshots uploaded by residents for treasurer verification.

4. We Never Sell or Monetize Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade resident lists or visitor logs to real estate brokers, advertisers, or third-party marketing agencies. Your community data belongs exclusively to your building welfare association.
